Human eye does not register infrared radiation. However, we feel it, because infrared rays heat up our bodies. These rays generated by IR radiators spread in the room. However, they do not heat up the air, but the objects in the sauna. Long-wave infrared radiation is absorbed by the upper layers of the skin. Whereas short-wave rays generated by the radiators penetrate deep into the skin.

Infrared radiator Vitae (IRC+IRB+IRA) is designed for infrared sauna rooms (IR-sauna). It has a built-in 350 W, 500 W, or 750 W Philips Vitae heating element. It has a spectrum similar to the sun’s: IR 1,4- 14um.

Sauna Control Unit SPP 2
Sauna control unit SPP-2 is designed for controlling the functioning of the electric infrared radiators in infrared sauna rooms.
In its basic version it enables the stabilisation of the temperature in the sauna room. It is also possible to pre-select the time, after the lapse of which the radiators are shut off, and to control the lighting. The value of the pre-set temperature and the pre-selected time are stored in the memory, which means that the user does not have to enter this data every time the sauna is used. Signal lamps on the display unit show information concerning the functioning of the sauna control unit. Membrane keyboard enables the users to control adjustments, to set the configurations and to switch on/switch off the device. Switching capacity - 2 kW. Dimensions: 145/110/57 mm.. Electronic sauna control unit SPP 3 is designed for controlling the functioning of infrared radiators.
Signal lamps on the display unit, show information about the functioning of the sauna control unit. Thanks to the membrane keyboard the user can control adjustments, set the configurations and switch on and switch off the device. Back metal cover of the casing is connected to the display unit by magnetic catches. Power supply mode is placed in the casing designed for assemblage on rails.
